This page describes the data this website collects. It is not a HIPAA certification and is not legal advice.
Warrior Retreat applications
The production application at /warrior-retreat-application/ stores name, contact details, address, service history, employment answers, emergency contact, retreat goals, and consent in Alabama Veteran’s AWS account (encrypted DynamoDB). Invited staff review applications after signing in with Cognito. The public GitHub Pages site is the current test origin and uses this same production application service until DNS cutover.
This website does not collect diagnoses, medications, crisis details, or other health information on the application. Do not enter Social Security numbers or payment card numbers in any field. Health and accessibility planning happens through a private follow-up after staff review.
Newsletter, volunteer, and 9 Line forms
Newsletter signup, volunteer interest, and the AV 9 Line form are hosted by GoHighLevel (white-label app.alabamaveteran.org). Those submissions leave this website and are not stored in the AWS application tables. Do not use those forms for emergencies. Call or text 988 and press 1 for the Veterans Crisis Line.
Contact
The site contact control opens your email app to info@alabamaveteran.org. Alabama Veteran does not store that message on this website.
Fonts and analytics
Brand fonts are served from this website. The public site does not load Google Fonts. Calendar listings may be read from a public JSON feed on GitHub; that feed does not include application records.
